1) How are your bottle-less
water coolers installed? |

With our coolers
having everything built into itself, you don't have storage
tanks taking up extra space and unnecessary pipes showing.
Typically it takes under half an hour to install our water
coolers, no pipes will be cut and there is no copper piping or
soldering involved. Anywhere you can run a data cable, we can
run to your water source. It's that easy. When finished, we
leave the work place in a clean and orderly condition. |

2) Where can your bottle-less
coolers be installed? |

| In general if you
have a current bottle water cooler in that location we can
install our bottle-less water cooler. Obviously there needs to
be a water source, but that can be 1/4 mile away, 1,300 feet,
or just under 1/2 km which ever way you want to measure it,
it's an easy choice. |

3) How many staff do we need for your bottle-less cooler? |

| If you are
attempting to measuring the cost factor, then normal break even point is when if you are
purchasing 3 bottles a month
from a regular bottle water supplier and renting their cooler.
At this stage your cost savings are not great, but with 3
bottles a month you are not paying much. We have one fixed
monthly rate and it is based on the style of bottle-less
cooler you want. The quick advantage is you will not pay more
if you increase your usage, you will not run out. Now use your
water for daily drinking as well for coffee, tea , cup a
soup... our coolers come with instant hot water. |

4) What are the
advantages of bottle-less vs bottle water coolers? |

| The obvious and
most long standing reason has been, no more heavy
lifting / bottle storage / deliveries /
running out / bottle
deposits / and various monthly billing rates requiring
reconciliation. There is no more open reservoir /
bacteria build-up.
With no
more bottled water deliveries, which cut fuel consumption,
helps to cut back on greenhouse gas emissions, and allows you
to reduce your workplace's carbon footprint. |

5) Will it
affect our property and or landlord agreement? |

Absolutely
not. Our systems are designed to be installed after your
building shot-off valve and is easily installed or removed and
best of all if you change business addresses our systems can
be moved to your new location at no cost. In any case if you
have any additional concerns we will arrange to obtain prior
approval.
This is no
different from running a phone line or data cable.
